Title: dev_parcels_post1952

Dataset Description/Abstract: This is a subset of parcel polygons originally derived from the "es_parcels" layer. Layer contains all parcels that were developed after 1952.

Dates: Original data was retrieved from MD Department of Planning in February 2024. Parcels and attributes were cleaned and modified by Urban3 in May 2024.
