A subset of Santa Clara County parcels whose centroids are located within the "Areas Potentially Subject to SB 9" layer which is the area of overlap between Census Urbanized Areas (tl_2021_us_uac10) and zoning with these base designations: A1, HS, R1, R1E, R1S, RHS, RR, excluding -h1 historic overlay.

These parcels were then intersected with the CUA. This intersect was dissolved on original parcel FID and a new field (INT_CUA_Zoning_Acres) was created and the acres of intersection area was computed .

A new field named Pct_INT_CUA_Zoning_vs_Parcel (Fraction of Parcel in CUA) was computed = INT_CUA_Zoning_Acres/Acres_CalcThis table was joined back to original parcel subset on FID.

New field was created: CheckFMMPSubset parcels were selected that intersect FMMP 2018 Prime and Farmlands of Statewide Importance within 100 ft. CheckFMMP was computed "Y" for these records and "N" for the inverse selection.

New field was created: CheckWetlandsSubset parcels were selected that intersect National Wetlands Inventory - California - USFWS [ds2630] within 100 ft. CheckWetlands was computed "Y" for these records and "N" for the inverse selection.

New field was created: CheckFireSubset parcels were selected that intersect fhszs06_3 (Fire Hazard Severity Zones) filterd for HAZ_CLASS = "Very High" within 100 ft. CheckFire was computed "Y" for these records and "N" for the inverse selection.
