In addition, this app shows where Proposed Street Moratoriums (Blue color) will be by fiscal year. Zoom to a location and click on the street color to get the information. The City of El Cajon has a 5 year Moratorium in place from date completed for an Overlay street, and a 1 year Moratorium in place from date completed for a Slurry street.
