Description:

This is a layer created from the parcels layers ITS Enterprise GIS creates. This serves as a source of parcel information for the SIMS system. Description: <div>Impervious Area is a polygon layer. Polygons are created both manually and autogenerated using a variety of techniques with aerial imagery as the main source. Impervious Area is maintained within the City Limits except in Public-Right-Away such as City Streets.</div><div><br /></div><div>The main purpose for the Impervious Area is to support City of Dallas Stormwater Billing.
