Rail stops from Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), processed from GTFS format.

This dataset is comprised of 21 city owned properties that are within TOD areas city wide for use in the 1000 housing unit challenge. These were ranked and scored from a larger dataset to determine suitability for redevelopment into multi-family housing.
These are the 15 minute bus lines from DART.

This contains all vacant properties from DCAD records that are within the escarpment. DCAD properties with the land use type of "Vacant" were queried and clipped to the escarpment feature class.

Contains all light rail stops and street car lines in Dallas city limits. A 1/4 mile buffer was drawn around each feature to create a TOD area.

PUD ranked city owned properties inside TOD areas for potential redevelopment into affordable housing sites.

This contains land use types joined to parcel plats, and are clipped to TOD area.
This is the boundary of the District 1 Area Plan, also known as the West Oak Cliff Area Plan.
These are census block groups, clipped to Dallas city limits
