The PBW Equity Priority Areas consist of the following:

1. Census Tracts on the Dallas Equity Atlas 2022 layer with an Equity Impact Assessment Risk Score of four or five.

2. High priority neighborhoods that do not overlap the above. The high priority neighborhoods are Five Mile, Joppa, 10th Street, The Bottom, and West Dallas Infrastructure.

3. Focus Areas from the Dallas Sidewalk Master Plan (June 2021) that do not overlap the above.
