Description: This layer is produced based on the Market Value Analysis (MVA) performed by the Reinvestment Fund for the City of Dallas in 2018. These data were based on the Census blockgroup level, although some blockgroups are split and therefore cannot be used as a proxy. The City's MVA applies only to residential areas while the Inentive Zoning Ordinance apllies to the whole of the City. This layer shows an imputed MVA category for the whole City, nlcuding non-residential areas.
