Description: <p>A table of all buildings in the city maintained by the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT).</p><p>This table links to the other base unit tables. Addresses should generally link to a building, but do not have to. The major exception is for parcel addresses where no building exists. Units must link to a building.</p><p>The building_id field is the unique ID for the building. The parcel_id field identifies the parcel where the building is located and should be populated.</p>
