These datasets replace the older version in which the state was tiled into ten regions. The scale of these datasets is 1:250,000. Using this data at a larger scale will NOT provide greater accuracy. In fact, it is a misuse of the datasets. Mohawk River Watershed Processing: The Hudson/Mohawk and the Adirondack tiles were downloaded and were projected to UTM 18N, NAD 83. The resulting files were merged and subsequently clipped to the Mohawk watershed counties.
