This hosted feature layer cannot be edited. The dataset contains points representing locations of traffic data collection by the Long Range Planning Division, Traffic Data Collection Office. These locations are maintained by the Long Range Planning Division, Road Inventory Office and are carefully selected along federally functionally classified routes, which is required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for federal reporting to the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS). These traffic counts and their locations are maintained in the Tennessee Traffic Information Management and Evaluation System (TN-TIMES) and are collected annually with the use of ArcGIS Online Field Maps, where this layer serves as the authoritative status tracking of the collection.
