Description: The PBMI Segments feature layer is consumed by the PBMI Inspections Map and meant to interaction in the ESRI Field Maps Application. The random segments are generated along extents detailed in the Region 3 North and South Performance Based Maintenance Contracts (PBMC). The segments contain TDOT boundary, TDOT route and PBMC information that are used to identify and report information about the segment locations. The PBMC stipulates four Evaluations along the Contract extents within a single Fiscal Year.From the segments, inspections are generated in the related, child PBMI_SEGMENTS_INSPECTIONS table, which is consumed by Survey 123 for detailed condition information.
