Service Description: This layer is a cartographic representation of where no shoulders exist on all interstates, state routes, and locally owned NHS routes. This information was collected using vehicle mounted LiDAR sensors and cameras and was delivered to TDOT by Mandli Communications, Inc. for internal use. No shoulders information is also available through the E-TRIMS Maintenance_Inventory layer.
