Service Description: This layer is a cartographic representation of where guardrails and cable rails have been installed on all interstates, state routes, TDOT maintained state park roads, and locally owned NHS routes. This information was collected using vehicle mounted LiDAR sensors and cameras and was delivered to TDOT by Mandli Communications, Inc. for TDOT needs. Guardrail information is also available through the E-TRIMS Maintenance_Inventory layer.

This information was collected by Mandli Communications, Inc. under the direction of the Asset Management Division and the Long Range Planning Division.
