Service Description: Mapping graffiti in urban space has two uses. The first use is to classify the type of graffiti that is present and the other is to specify what graffiti needs to be removed by the municipal authorities. Graffiti has a relationship to space and because of this relationship trends or spatial clusters across urban areas can be recognized.
As a GIS consultant you have been asked to create an editable web layer that is accessible online to the general public. This editable web layer will enable citizens to work collaboratively on one map. The size of the group is negligible so many citizens can work at one time. A map containing the editable web layer can be made anywhere in the world and be accessed wherever there is an Internet connection. The editable web layer will be configured with attribute domains to enforce data integrity. A successful editable web layer with domains requires proper planning and implementation. Below is a chart provided to plan the editable web layer.
