Description: Parcel data for Summit County Utah. This data is created in an SDE database. The legal description was used to create each parcel. If the legal description is a metes and bounds description, COGO was used to enter the bounds of the property scaling and rotating if tie coordinates could be determined and basis of bearing was available. If the property is part of a subdivision, COGO was also used to create the polygon with scaling and rotation if tie point coordinates were available. If the property was described as a division of a section, the section was divided according to the description.
