Description: This is a collection of Hydrologic basins that represent OWRB management units. The smallest unit, Plan Basins are HUC12 basins taken directly from USGS. The Planning Regions are made up of these HUC12's merged together to form the Planning Regions. The Planning Regions are similar in size to USGS HUC8s but vary slightly to keep them more geographicly compact and to better match OWRB administrative boundaries. The Planning Regions are then grouped to form the Engagement Regions, which are meant to facilitate in person stakeholder engagement meetings.
