Description:

The Nez Perce-Clearwater Management Area dataset is used to conduct and support spatial analyses carried out for the Forest Plan Revision (FPR) process. The FPR Management Area dataset is a multipurpose dataset used to: (1) spatially display land management classifications as provided by the range of alternatives in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS). (2) provide a consistent base to aid FPR resource staff to conduct further analysis in their respective resource areas. (3) provide tabular data on the existing status and proposed land management classes consistent with the range of alternatives as in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS). This data has been modified from its source national datasets and is intended for analysis purposes only within the context of forest plan revision or other analysis in support of other Forest Service natural resource management activities.
