Description: This data, provided by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), and adjusted by INCOG, identifies the functional classification for roads and highways in the Tulsa region, namely Tulsa County and portions of Creek, Osage, Rogers, and Wagoner Counties (i.e. the INCOG planning area known as the Transportation Management Area – TMA). Adjustments reflect INCOG’s recommendations to add or remove particular roads from the functional classification network and/or to change a road’s classification. INCOG’s adjustments were submitted back to ODOT in 2013, but have not been officially accepted by ODOT or the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
