Description: envSolarPanel is a point layer representing locations of photovoltaic or solar work as permitted by the City. The layer is generated by geocoding building permits that include solar panels or other photovoltaic structures in the permit’s description or scope of work. The layer is used to visualize locations of approved permits. The layer can also be queried to show quantities of particular permits. The layer was created in SDE on 2016-06-08. The layer is updated quarterly by the GIS division using data from the City’s Building division. See updatedate or createdate field to see latest date of update.
