Description: This shapefile containes the Provinces which are to be used for analysis purposes for the State Wildlife Action Plan created by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. It is based on USDA Forest Service ecoregions, National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) hydrologic units, and Marine Life Protection Act (MLPA) boundaries, as well a a customized shapefile describing the Bay Delta Area of California.
