This data includes Current Land Use data generalized for state use. The data was submitted by the municipalities of Bristol, Central Falls, Charlestown, Coventry, Foster, Hopkinton, Jamestown, Johnston, Lincoln, Little Compton, Newport, North Providence, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Portsmouth, South Kingstown, Tiverton, Warren, West Greenwich, and West Warwick. For all other municipalities, the Land Use Land Cover (2020) layer from RIGIS was generalized to match the general state criteria for the other municipalities.
