Description:

This layer is the result of merging ODOT initial fatal crash data, published here: https://gis.odot.state.or.us/arcgis1006/rest/services/agol/InitialFatalPublic/MapServer/0 with RLIS Crashes data: https://rlis-discovery-drcmetro.hub.arcgis.com/datasets/drcMetro::crashes/about

Shared information between the 2 datasets are combined into this layer's data schema, and complementary geographic information like Metro Council District, Urban Growth Boundary, and Metropolitan Planning Area is added to the merged dataset.

The data layer is updated via Python script weekly on Mondays to capture updated data from ODOT.

Because the initial data from ODOT is preliminary, all data are subject to change without notice.
