Description: This layer contains the boundaries for the Special Managment Areas to support mapping for the Southern Nevada Economic Development and Conservation Act. There is a companion data set to this with the bounding features identified. These datasets are aligned to federal datasets where possible including the October 2020 Nevada Public Land System Survey(PLSS) and the Surface Management Agency Layer. As well as BLM Utility Corridors from the 2015 and 2018 proposed BLM RMP. Road Centerline and offset data from the 2009 SNPLMA Roads Inventory and Official Clark County Street Centerline datasets where used. Aerial Imagery was used to determine NDOT fenceline that is the assumed NDOT Right of way Boundary if this information was not otherwise available.
