Abstract: This dataset displays a selection of feature relating to cables within the New Plymouth District area. To be used in conjunction with the Taranaki Cables dataset. This dataset is composed of NPDC (maintained) and PowerCo (snapshot) data for both streetlights and power features. Please contact other asset owners for further cable feature data. This data is collected to support Council's consenting purposes and for other utilities providers for reference use.

Lineage: The spatial data has been compiled from a number of sources and its accuracy may vary (e.g. survey plans, as-built plans and forms, sketches, aerial photo, Google Street View).
