Description: This dataset contains tract-level estimates for out-migration in Detroit. These estimates were calculated by taking population in 2010, adding births and in-migration estimates, and subtracting deaths during the 2010-2014 time period, and then comparing the result with the total estimated population for 2011-2015. Estimates have been calculated using both the 2010 Census and 2006-2010 American Community Survey as baselines.
