Service Description: The data layers were created by Data Driven Detroit in March 2021 for the Center for Community Progress. Six cities were the focus of the analysis: Detroit, Flint, Lansing, Saginaw, Pontiac, and Bay City. Data layers contains data from the American Community Survey 2014 and 2019 5-Year Estimates, US Postal Service Q4 2020, Valassis VNEF Plus Database Q4 2020 and the National Historical GIS 1950.
