Description: The boundary represents the area managed by Rookery Bay NERR as described in the Florida Statutes (Chapter 258). The managed area is composed of the Rookery Bay Aquatic Preserve, Cape Romano/Ten Thousand Islands Aquatic Preserve and Deltona Settlement Agreement Lands. The boundary was updated in 2011 to coincide with updated Aquatic Preserve boundaries. The boundary was updated again in 2016.
