Description: This release reflects an in-depth review of year built, building type ID, residential units, and subtypes. Future edits to those fields are possible as MAG Analytics staff works with this data.
Building square footage, market value, and OUGs/DUA have not been thoroughly reviewed yet. The values currently in the service are either borrowed from the MAG 2019 land use model parcels or accepted as-is from the 2024 Utah County parcels. These fields will be completed in 2025 as part of MAG land use model preparation efforts.
