Description: <span style="font-family:Arial; font-size:medium; color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">This feature layer shows routes in the Kentucky Utilities and Rail Tracking System (KURTS) that are </span><span style="font-family:Arial; font-size:medium;"><i>not</i></span><span style="font-family:Arial; font-size:medium; color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> part of the Six-Year Plan (SYP). KURTS is a web-based tool used by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) and utility companies to share and track utility project information across the state. It helps KYTC staff and partners manage utility coordination, review utility and rail documents, and view important location-based data. The system supports better planning and helps reduce the cost of moving utilities during construction projects.</span>
