This layer represents a highly processed, multi-source geospatial layer providing detailed information for individual land parcels within the City of Walnut Creek. It is built upon the foundational parcel geometry provided by the County Assessor's office and is enriched by spatially joining dozens of additional data layers from various public agencies.
The primary purpose of this layer is to consolidate critical property-related information into a single, easy-to-use resource for planning, analysis, real estate, emergency management, and public inquiry. Each polygon in the layer represents a single Assessor's Parcel, linked to a comprehensive set of attribute fields.
