Service Description: Using the 2015 Digital Terrain Model One-Foot Resolution layer, the contour lines tool was used to create 1-foot contours. On the output of the one-foot-contour line, the Smooth Line tool was used with the PAEK smoothing algorithm with a 10 US Survey Feet smoothing tolerance applied.
