Description:

This dataset represents parcels within the city. It is a good representation of the taxable parcels the county Assessor maintains. We do NOT map rights-of-way, or slope easement parcels within the rights-of-way. Also, if parcels 'close-off' road right of way, we do not include those parcels due to public safety reasons. (E.G. the fire department needs to 'see' road cooridors within the parcel base.
