Description: This dataset represents parcels within the city. It is a good representation of the taxable parcels the county Assessor maintains. We do NOT map rights-of-way, or slope easement parcels within the rights-of-way. Also, if parcels 'close-off' road right of way, we do not include those parcels due to public safety reasons. (E.G. the fire department needs to 'see' road cooridors within the parcel base.
This dataset differs from the parcel layer on OpenData because it is not a stacked parcel layer that includes all the addresses asociated to a parcel with multiple addresses.
