**UPDATE May 31 and June 26, 2019: Incorporated Recommendations from the South Hill, Mid-County, Parkland-Spanaway-Midland, and Frederickson Land Use Advisory Comissions (LUACs). The recommendations are currently being considered by Pierce County Plannin g Comission. Also incorporated a number of technical amendments.
