Description: Eclectic mix of Historical Parcels, ROWs, Easements and Leases primarily designed to support ANCSA Municipal Lands Trust (MLT) Program, Local Boundary Commission (LBC), Community Profiles and Community Assistance (CAP) programs. Known to be incomplete, non-comprehensive, nor necessarily up to date with great detail in some areas adjacent to unresearched areas.Typically there is a blurry line between ROWs and Easements - the usual distinction is primarily based on sources found: ROWs typically are depicted on Plats or DOT ROW documents while the type of easements found in this set are in standalone recorded documents describing an easement that is plat agnostic. Generally typical utility easements granted at the plat level are not captured (though of course they are important too).
