This framework is central to establishing the desired nodal development pattern and transforming Rio29 into a vibrant and diverse mixed-use community with interesting character and a human-scale built environment. The Land Use Framework is closely linked to the enhanced network of open spaces and transportation facilities for the area. For specific definitions of land use designations, see Chapter 3 of the Rio29 Small Area Plan.
