<p style="margin-bottom:8.25pt;text-autospace:none;">Some pathways that exist in the current network are not shown in the ideal network as they are proposed to be removed or reclassified in the future and will not be part of the ideal network.</p><p style="text-autospace:none;">The proposed network was a hand drawn exercise at a certain scale and should not be seen as an accurate representation used for analytical purposes. Some of the original line work was smoothed to produce an aesthetic map for public consumption and will not necessarily appear correct overlaid on imagery. See Lineage Statement section for details.</p>

Capital Pathway attributes
TYPE_EN
There are three types of paths in the ideal network -
Discovery Route, Feeder Link, Hub.
The types are broken down further by: Existing or Proposed. In addition, temporary and reclassification sections not included in the ideal network are identified in this field to paint a complete picture to reach the ideal network as identified in the plan. Note that this field is linked to the TYPE_FR, NETWORK, and PROPOSED_SECTIONS fields.

NETWORK
Indicates whether segments are part of the ideal network. The ideal network is a physical representation of the concept, and translates the various conceptual elements into an ideal, real-world configuration. It thereby serves as a long-term road map for the evolution of the pathway network.

Within the current geographic reach of the network, the focus is to indicate missing segments, to realize and maximize the potential of the ideal network. Nonconforming pathway segments will be improved to meet the Capital Pathway standards.

PLAN_TRAIL_NAME_EN
This is the pathway name used for each section of the ideal network (Hub and Discovery Routes only) according to the plan. Note that some paths have not been officially named and a temporary name is assigned for the purpose of this plan. A formal naming process will be undertaken to assign permanent pathway names for wayfinding and management purposes.

Il s'agit du nom du sentier utilisé pour chaque section du réseau idéal (Nœud central et Parcours de découverte) conformément au plan. Il convient de noter que certains sentiers n'ont pas été officiellement nommés et qu'un nom temporaire leur est attribué dans le cadre de ce plan. Un processus officiel de dénomination sera entrepris pour attribuer des noms permanents aux sentiers à des fins d'orientation et de gestion.
