Service Description: High Injury Corridors (HICs) are roadways in the greater Portland area where the highest concentrations of serious crashes occur, or where the highest concentration of all injury crashes occur when people biking or people walking are involved. This feature layer view contains high injury corridor data for the Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA) boundary, Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties, the combined three-county area, and East Multnomah County, a subset of Multnomah County created to conduct safety analysis for the urban area of Multnomah County east of the City of Portland.

Description: The High Injury Corridors hosted feature layer contains unfiltered roadway datasets for each jurisdictional boundary included in the high injury corridor analysis. This feature layer contains high injury corridor data for the Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA) boundary, Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties, each city within the MPA, the combined three-county area, and East Multnomah County, a subset of Multnomah County created to conduct safety analysis for the urban area of Multnomah County east of the City of Portland.
