Use Restricted to Authorized Users Only Restricted This dataset cannot be exported, sent, viewed, or used outside the Unitied States of America ESRI ArcCatalog 9.3.1.1850 Feature Class Attributes were populated based on source data: CAD file layer definitions ArcInfo Coverages Shapefiles Tabular data from documents and databases A complete geodatabase review was performed to ensure attribute types, field lengths, and domain lists have been properly configured and implemented. Topologically clean data is present. Data was reviewed for correct topological structure. Attributes were checked to ensure valid values for those columns are populated. These QC functions were performed during the conversion project. For utility infrastructure, geometric network rules have been defined to ensure data integrity. All data was derived from multiple formats: CAD files, ArcInfo Coverages, Shapefiles, and tabular data from documents and databases. Spatial positioning of features, were visually checked against aerial imagery, when applicable. Attributes have been updated utilizing specified data for each feature class. The horizontal positional accuracy was created by identifying visual reference infrastructure using aerial imagery. For infrastructure not visible, such as underground piping, the placement was determined utlizing existing features and the source CAD file information. Various toplogies have been implemented to ensure various degrees of coincidence and connectivity. None -- Dataset only contains 2D information.
